Step one: use an inverting digger
For the first step of peanut (groundnut) or bean harvest operations, ICS supplies the Santal Inverting Digger.
After cutting the plants underground, this equipment, featured with an intelligent inversion mechanism, places them on the ground with the shuks facing up, producing airy and continuous rows. The result is faster drying and uniform feeding into the harvesters, thus preserving product quality and preventing losses. The equipment handles 2, 4 or 6 lines. Moreover, a vibrating system eliminates impurieties with high efficiency.

Step two: choose a performant collecting system
Depending on your needs, ICS will guide you in the choice of the best adapted collecting system. We provide equipment designed by Colombo, a well-established brazilian company.

The Double Master II for instance, gives outstanding results for collecting peanuts (groundnuts) as well as beans. Recollection, threshing, cleaning, transport and storage, everything contributes to high quality of grain and seed.

If you only need to harvest peanuts (groundnuts), the "Advanced Peanuts" combine would be the best choice. This combine offers a floating pickup head, an axial flow threshing, a vacuum cleaning system and a conveyor elevator. The storage hopper capacity of this peanut harvester is up to 2750 kg (6062 lb).
